1. Ticket Policy

• All tickets are *non-refundable and non-transferable* unless required by law.

• Entry requires a valid ticket and matching identification if requested.

• Wristbands must be worn at all times once issued and cannot be replaced if lost or removed.

2. Family Ticket Conditions

• The *Family Package ticket* is only valid when the ticket holder arrives *with at least one child*.

• A Family Package ticket includes up to *2 children under 11 years old*.If a ticket holder arrives *without children*, the Family Package ticket becomes invalid.

• Entry will only be permitted if the guest *pays the difference to the Single Ticket price at the door*.

• No refunds or credits will be issued if this condition is not met.

3. Venue Environment

Alegría Festival takes place at *Bambu Indah*, a natural environment with narrow paths, uneven walkways, bridges, water features, and jungle terrain.

By attending, you agree to:

• Move mindfully and carefully.

• Wear *comfortable, flat footwear* (no high heels).

• Accept full responsibility for your safety while moving through the venue.

4. Personal Responsibility & Liability

• All attendees are responsible for their own physical safety, emotional wellbeing, and personal belongings.

• Alegría Festival organizers and Bambu Indah *are not responsible* for:

• Accidents or injuries

• Damaged or lost property

• Slips, falls, or incidents resulting from the natural terrain

• Any consequences of personal choices or behavior

5. Behavior & Conduct

Alegría is a *family-friendly, alcohol-free* event.

By entering the festival, you agree to:

• Refrain from bringing or consuming alcohol or illegal substances.

• Respect children, families, and all participants.

• Behave responsibly and respectfully toward others, staff, and the environment.

Any attendee displaying inappropriate, unsafe, harmful, or disruptive behavior may be removed from the event *without refund

6. Media & Recording

• Personal photography is allowed unless otherwise indicated.

• By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed by official festival media for promotional or archival use.

• If you do not wish to appear in content, you must inform the registration team upon arrival. While we will do our best, full exclusion cannot be guaranteed.

7. No Liability Clause

• By attending Alegría Festival, you agree to release and hold harmless:

• Alegría Festival organizers, staff, performers, vendors, volunteers, and Bambu Indah venue management* from any and all claims, liability, injury, loss, or damages arising from:

• Participation in festival activities

• Movement through the venue

• Choices made during the event

• Weather, natural conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

8. Event Adjustments

• Line-up, schedule, workshops, activities, and program elements are subject to change without notice and do not constitute grounds for refund.

• The event may be postponed, modified, or relocated due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond control (force majeure).

9. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, entering the venue, or participating in any part of Alegría Festival, you confirm that:

•  You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

•  You accept full personal responsibility

•  You agree to comply with all festival policies and instructions

Failure to follow these conditions may result in denied entry or removal from the event without refund.
